Currencies

To maintain clear and predictable pricing for our U.S. and Canadian customers, the final charge currency at checkout is directly tied to your shipping destination:– For orders shipped to U.S. addresses, all products are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).– For orders delivered to Canadian addresses, all purchases are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our website is provided only for convenience, to let you preview prices in your preferred display currency. Regardless of the display setting you choose, the final charge applied to your payment card will always be processed in the currency linked to your shipping country (USD for U.S. orders, CAD for Canadian orders).
If your payment card is issued in a country or currency other than USD/CAD, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and/or a foreign transaction fee. These fees are set entirely by your bank or card issuer and are not charged or controlled by our brand.

Authorizations and Charges

When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold verifies sufficient funds and is not a final charge—we only capture the final payment when your order is confirmed and prepared for shipping.
If a payment is declined, or flagged for additional verification, our team may contact you to confirm payment details. If we cannot complete the verification process, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds for returned items are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed by our team, refunds typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, with slight variations depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing timelines.
