    Eligibility

    All goods must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition—with all tags attached, no stains, odors, or damage.Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page) and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges for size, style, or color changes. If you'd like to swap your clothing item for a different size or style, please place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for your original purchase within 30 days of delivery.

    How to Return

    1. Start a Return: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
    2. Get a Label: Eligible customers in the United States and Canada will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
    3. Ship It: Pack your items securely and drop off the parcel with the carrier specified on your label.
    4. Processing Time: Our team inspects returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt to verify eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and funds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.

    Defective/Incorrect Items

    If your clothing item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order details, and we will either send a free replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund—we also cover return shipping costs for the faulty item.

    Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

    For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier are non-refundable by [email protected].If you return a Canadian order, we will refund the product purchase price (and our original shipping fee only if required by law or if the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong size boardshorts). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at delivery are not included in your refund amount.
