Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If your location does not appear as an available option during checkout, we regret that we are unable to deliver to your area at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or major public holidays observed in the U.S. or Canada. Special care is taken during packaging to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.
Estimated Delivery Time
For standard shipping within the United States, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after your order has been dispatched. And for shipping within the Canadian,delivery generally takes 10–20 business days after your order has been dispatched. For Canadian customers, delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures. These timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Carriers
In the U.S., we primarily use USPS for reliable and efficient delivery. For shipments to Canada, we partner with USPS International, with appropriate handling for cross-border transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update tracking details—this is common for both U.S. and Canadian shipments.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears significantly delayed or shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we recommend:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. As these fees are determined by government authorities, we cannot predict or control their amount.
